Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 3, 2026
The Real Doodle Co. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through puppies.therealdoodleco.com and our related pages and forms (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site or submitting an application, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us
When you submit a puppy application or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, general location, and any details or preferences you share about the puppy you’re interested in.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information, such as your device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring pages, and the ad or link you arrived from. We collect this using cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).
Information from advertising platforms
When you reach us through an online ad, advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google may share limited information with us about that interaction, such as a click identifier, so we can measure and improve our advertising.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiry and process your puppy application and reservation;
- To communicate with you by phone call, text message, and email about your inquiry, your puppy, and next steps;
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our services;
- To measure and improve our advertising and understand how visitors find us;
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, security, or technical issues; and
- To comply with our legal obligations and enforce our terms.
3. Text Messaging (SMS) Consent
By providing your phone number and submitting an application, you consent to receive calls and text messages from The Real Doodle Co. about your inquiry, including through automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to run the Site, remember your session, measure performance, and support advertising. These include Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Meta Pixel. You can control cookies through your browser settings and can opt out of certain advertising tracking here:
- Google Analytics opt-out: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business, including with:
- Service providers who act on our behalf — for example, our customer-relationship and messaging platforms (such as GoHighLevel/LeadConnector), email and text-message providers, and hosting and analytics providers;
- Advertising and measurement partners such as Meta and Google, in connection with the ads that bring visitors to the Site;
- Legal and safety recipients, when we believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect our rights, our customers, or the public; and
- A successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
6. Your Choices & Rights
You may opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP, opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, and ask us to update or delete the information you’ve provided by contacting us using the details below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or limit the use of your personal information; we will honor those rights as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
7. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, fulfill a reservation, provide ongoing support, and meet our legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
